What partners ask.
How much can I earn?
5% of the price of every villa sold to a contact you introduced: €5,500 to €11,000 per villa, depending on the villa. No tiers, no caps and no end date.
When do I get paid?
Once the client has paid at least 40% of the villa price. We tell you the exact amount, you send us your invoice and we transfer it.
Do you withhold any tax?
Yes. If you pay tax outside Indonesia, Indonesian law makes us withhold 20% of your commission (2-6% if you have an Indonesian work permit or company). It goes to the tax office, not to us.
Do I need to send an invoice?
Yes. To pay you we need an invoice with your name or company, the number of villas and the 5% commission, plus your bank details.
How do I know the contact counts as mine?
When you send it, we confirm in writing that it is registered in your name. Keep that message.
What if they already know Agmakina?
Then it is not a new contact and it does not count. We tell you straight away, so you do not waste time.
What if my contact does not buy?
Then there is no commission. We only pay on villas that are sold.
Can I invest with my commissions?
Yes. If you buy a villa with us, your commissions become a discount on its price: the full 5%, with nothing withheld.
Do I need a real estate licence?
No. If you know someone interested in Bali, you can refer them. We handle the legal side.
Can I refer from any country?
Yes. The whole process can be done remotely, in English or Spanish.
