When do I get paid?
On completion of the sale, once we receive our fee. Every referral is tracked so you always know where your deals stand.
Do I need a real estate licence?
No. If you know investors interested in Bali, you can refer. We handle the regulated side of the transaction.
What do I actually have to do?
Just the introduction. We run the tour, due diligence, notary, purchase and ongoing management. You stay informed throughout.
