Is it safe to pay here?
You pay through DOKU, a licensed Indonesian payment gateway. We never see or store your card. Your booking is confirmed the moment the payment goes through.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel at least 48 hours before you arrive and you pay nothing extra. After that, or if you do not show up, we charge one night plus tax. Some rates are non-refundable. We show it clearly when they are.
