- Data you give us: name, email, phone/WhatsApp and any message when you fill in a form, book a call or contact us.
- Booking data: when you schedule a call, our booking provider records the date, time and contact details you enter.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and interactions, collected via cookies and similar technologies for security, analytics and advertising measurement.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange or hold your consultation call.
- To send you information about our villas, developments and services you have requested.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (forms, marketing), the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps you request (arranging a call, information about a purchase), and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us operate, acting on our instructions: our CRM and booking platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), email delivery, website hosting (Vercel), and advertising and analytics platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google. Some of these providers are located outside your country; transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards. We never sell your personal data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
