The villas we rent are ours. We build them, maintain them and clean them with our own team. Booking direct with us comes out better than through a platform, and on the other side of the message there is someone who knows the house.
What a villa of ours comes with
- A private pool, not a shared one. Every villa has its own.
- Furnished and ready, with a proper kitchen and wifi that actually works. You can work from it.
- Cleaning and maintenance from our own team, who live ten minutes away. If something breaks, someone comes the same day.
- A person to message before, during and after. Not a platform form.
By the night, by the month or by the year
All three, and they are not the same price. The longer the stay, the better the nightly rate.

Which area to be in
Uluwatu is not one place, it is four neighbourhoods with different characters. It is worked through on where to stay in Uluwatu, but in short:
- Bingin, if you are here to surf and want atmosphere. You walk down a long staircase to the beach.
- Melasti, if you want white sand and water you can actually swim in. You drive down.
- Balangan, if you want quiet and a long beach. The easiest with children.
- Ungasan, if you want to be central for getting around and near the cliffs.
Why book direct
A platform takes a commission on every booking. Booking with us that commission does not exist, so we can give you a better price on the same villa. And if you need to move dates, extend or ask for something specific, you are talking to the person who runs the house.

What is the minimum stay?
One night for short stays, one month for monthly rentals. There is no maximum: plenty of people stay a whole season.
Do the villas have private pools?
Yes, all of them. Private, not shared.
Is there wifi good enough to work?
Yes, and it is one of the things we watch most closely: a lot of guests stay for months working remotely.
Can I book at short notice?
Yes, subject to availability. Message us and we will tell you what is free.
Is it cheaper than Airbnb or Booking?
Yes, because of the commission we do not pay. Same villa, same team, better price.
Do you take pets or large groups?
It depends on the villa. Message us and we will tell you which ones work.
