What is the difference between the Uluwatu areas?
Bingin is surf and atmosphere, with a long stairway down to the beach. Melasti is white sand and swimmable water, reached by car. Balangan is quieter with the best entry price. Ungasan suits bigger houses.
How much is a villa in Uluwatu?
From EUR 110,000 for a one-bedroom with pool off-plan, around EUR 127,000 finished. Two bedrooms from EUR 220,000.
Can I book one for a holiday?
Yes. We manage them and you can book direct on our site, which is cheaper than going through a portal.
Who runs the villa when I am not there?
Our own team, ten minutes away: cleaning, maintenance, guests and pricing. That is what keeps occupancy up.
